A Running, Fitness and Health Show, focused on delivering actionable and specific advice to listeners. This show will be interview based, and our guests will include elite runners and athletes, top coaches, scientific experts, nutritionists, sports psychologists and health and well-being professionals. The podcast will be of great value to age-group athletes who can incorporate the learnings and insights from this show in their daily training and living.
