It's the start of NOGcember and as usual we're still chewing on our Thanksgiving Leftovers. This year's Thanksgiving Leftovers episode is on a movie we were suppose to have talked about last year, Blood Rage.

Well it's the final week of Thankful For Action November, and as always we're always doing the action movies that bang that hardest. This week we're talking Malibu Express and Hard Ticket to Hawaii and when the guns aren't firing the explosions are still going off. Luckily there's always a cool shower to get out of the heat and into the fire.

These are two movies where the action isn't always hand to hand but there is a lot of contact... They're Andy Sidaris films starring Playmates. They're... Subtle.

The third episode of Thankful For Action November is a battle of the cops, Robert Z'Dar otherwise known as Maniac Cop vs Mathew Karedas the Samurai Cop. They're gonna clash blades, and eat bullets in a fierce battle in which only one can survive. Jesse was unable to handle the intense action of the film and had to bail out, luckily our Robert Z'Dar specialist Kenneth Leonard decided to step in his spot.

It took Josh getting married for the Bloody Good Film Podcast to finally do a Giallo film! Had to save it for a special occasion apparently. It's October, or as we like to call it on the Bloody Good Film Podcast, Horrotober. Why is there a horror comedy that has absolutely nothing to do with Halloween being covered? It's the final week of the 4th annual WrestleMonthia. So far on our weekly WrestleMonthia Wrestling Game Josh has done better than anyone has in all four years that WrestleMonthia has existed. Woof. We're onto week 2 of the 4th Annual WrestleMonthia and today's flick is starting Kurt Angle. The movie for everyone while watched The Fog and wondered what if John Carpenter didn't direct it and it started Kurt Angle, Kevin Nash among other wrestlers.

Before that there are a few trailers that caught our attention. Sweet Revenge (the Friday the 13th short), Shelby Oaks, and HIM.

Well a hulk died and it wasn't in the MCU. So we decided to see the kind of legacy Hulk Hogan left behind... And well besides the racism and union back stabbing we found these two films, Assault on Devil's Island and The Ultimate Weapon. What a... Interesting start to WrestleMonthia.

Frank Castle family are notorious for how dead they are, but Frank Castle is notorious for how he punishes. Well we have two dead families and two Punishing Castles in this episode as we talk the 1989 Dolph Lundgren lead Punisher and 2008's Ray Stevenson lead Punisher Warzone (what a title!). Jesse couldn't be bothered to show for this episode so it's just Josh and Kelly with VERY different opinions on both films.

It finally happened. Josh put it off for as many years as he could but time caught up to him and held at gunpoint he finally put Lord of the Rings up on the schedule. Of course him and Jesse are too dumb to take on a series of this magnitude alone, so they brought in someone who sounds scholarly, Richard Gilliver to come on and talk about them with them.

We've covered all the Star Wars films... Well all the theatrical ones and for some reason the Star Wars Holiday Special but we haven't covered all the movies that Star Wars inspired. In the 70s when fans had last seen James Bond it was said that he would return in "Four Your Eyes Only." Well viewers eyes didn't get to see that one for a while, because after the success of Star Wars the franchise pivoted into Moonraker! A movie that is 75% James Bond but with an exciting Star Wars finale!

We talked vampires this month, we talked invisible dudes, but this week we're talking some hairier pictures. This week we talk the 1941 film The Wolf Man and the 2025 Wolf Man... Which is kinda a remake... or at least it's a reimagining of the concept.

In honor of John Cena's upcoming Wrestlemania main event, the Bloody Good Film Podcast has decided to cover one of his favorite films... The Invisible Man. We are comparing the 1933 original with the 2020 Leigh Whannell remake.
