In 2017, a young woman was driven to a hospital in Santiago, Chile, she was naked and already deceased. Her toxicology report came back with alcohol in her system but no drugs. Yet authorities painted the narrative the young woman DJ Anna Cook had died from a drug overdose due to her lifestyle of being a DJ and a lesbian. The second case is that of 26 year old Stephanie Mora who was dismembered in Costa Rica. Both cases are cold.

In the early 1990's a 19 year old man in Sunderland, England, loathed himself for being attracted to boys. But this didn't stop him from sexually assaulting and killing his victims. We start our new season off with a little known serial killer named Steven Grieveson. His victims were 14 year old Simon Martin, 18 year old Thomas Kelley, 15 year old David Hanson and 15 year old David Grieff.

In July of 2022, 20 year old Jimmie Jay Lee, a Mississippi State University student would go missing. Quickly all accounts of his last known whereabouts led investigators to a 22 year old man he was seeing, Sheldon Timothy Herrington, Jr. Sheldon, who went by Timothy was charged with the murder of Jimmie Jay and tried in December of 2024. But no body, no murder would come into play.

In the 80's and 90's eight women living in Massachusetts had murdered their abusive partners. Most had claimed "Battered Woman Syndrome" as their defense. This lowered many of their charges from murder to manslaughter. In the 1990's these women, after all meeting at a prison domestic abuse support group, petitioned the court for an early release. Most were granted. Only one of these eight women however, was LGBTQ. Her name, Debra Reid. Debra had to fight extra hard because it was incredulous to everyone else how a lesbian could suffer battered woman syndrome. She couldn't have possibly been abused the...

Our first will be of Stephen Sylvester Jr in Austin, Texas in 2015. Stephen was 18 years old, he had a large, close knit family and was just starting college. He met 20 year old Bryan Canchola on an online dating app and the two began dating. They moved in together within weeks of seeing each other. The start of the second month of their relationship, jealousy reared it's ugly head.

28 year old Bernina Mata was a bi-sexual woman who lived with a man named Russell. Her and Russell would sometimes hook up for sex. On June 27th, 1998, Russell dropped Bernina off at a tavern. Bernina met a man named John there and brought him home for a nightcap. Bernina and John became intimate and Russell rushed in to put a stop to it. While Russell held John back, Bernina stabbed John and killed him. The prosecutor and jury were biased with the prosecution calling Bernina a man hating, hard core lesbian.

26 year old trans man Aaron Lynch was sometimes prone to mental health breakdowns. He was having one while alone in his family's home on July 7th, 2022. 911 was called and police arrived without a mental health professional. Aaron did not possess a gun or knife but police gunned him down anyway.

In the late 90's two young men would be discovered dead. Their heads had been smashed with a baseball bat and each of their bodies would be located exactly a year apart.
