We discussed the importance of places like the Upper Midwest Environmental Sciences Center and how cut may affect the economy. They're holding a news conference on August 4 at 11:30 a.m. at the Black River Beach House in La Crosse where members of the group will discuss different aspects of the impact of the cuts.
