Spotlighting some of Buffalo, NY famous wing places! Every restaurant has it's own receipe for chicken wings, some saucy some dry rub but all usually delicious! What started as a simple hot, medium or mild options (Like when I owned a restaurant in the 80's) is not like that any longer, its "check out our 25 varieties of sauces"!The chicken wing has come a long way since 1964!
