A Running "Masters" Class
Host Mickey Moore welcomes champion masters runners and previous GWTC Runners of the Year, Katie Sherron and Leo Canete. They have run hundreds of races at all distances and have won more than their share. They talk with Mickey, also an accomplished masters runner, about their favorites races, changes to their training, nutrition and how the need for longer recovery periods affects their training and running schedules.
While competing as a masters may require a few accommodations to their process, both continue to race, win and love the sport of running.
