The TradeFit Podcast is hosted by Scott Rutledge from SKB Construction and Les Clarke Jnr from LCS Plumbing & Cladding, both of who are clients of cognitive training business MyndFit. After getting their heads in better shape and then starting to thrive in their personal and professional lives, the guys wanted to give back a bit so with the help of MyndFit founder Nick Sutherland, they created TradeFit. TradeFit is a community of like minded people from the trade industry who collectively come together to build each other up and proactively take better care of their health and wellbeing.
