We'll let you listen to find out exactly who it is, but he, along with Mick and Adam, has been playing Hell is Us. We know we talked about the game in a preview/demo sense a few weeks ago, but a few of the gang have finished it now and are enamoured with how special it is when it comes to a few ideas. Starting with a lengthy chat about Shinobi: Art of Vengeance, Adam and Lyle are in love with this one, from the art style to the cool combat, it's an actually brilliant comeback for the series.

We're not talking exclusively about indies, though most are smaller games, as we also want to remind people Capcom's Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess just came out on Switch 2 this year. As you can imagine, on this episode of the podcast all anyone can talk about is Death Stranding 2: On the Beach.

We've assembled our reviewer (Chris White) along with Adam and Steve who have played the game, and Lyle who, curiously, has not. The gang have complicated relationships with both Kojima and the Strand-genre itself, but it seems so far everyone is pretty enamoured with Death Stranding 2.

Rematch is out, and Adam and Steve have been playing it during the early access release period. It’s captured them both in a big way, but both are rather worried about the way the updates and patches are being handled. FBC: Firebreak is also out, and like Rematch, does something quite different. We're back again for another podcast, this time to chat about the Mindseye debacle, but also some games we've actually played.

The Alters has captured Mick and Adam completely, with its mix of genres that adds a story you can't look away from. Elsewhere, Date Everything is a superb, fun, and witty experience. On Loot Level Chat Podcast Episode 14 it's time to discuss a biggie in the form of Elden Ring Nightreign, but also to shine a line on two smaller games.

Both Lyle and Adam have been eagerly awaiting Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo, having played preview builds and demos over the years. In fact, Lyle has spoken to the developer as well. It's finally time to talk about some of the games we've been playing for the last few weeks on the podcast, and there's a full crew here to do it.

Various opinions on this one, too, given that some love it, some find bits of it great and other bits less great, but...
