Sliced is a new, weekly golf podcast hosted by Ben Coley and Sam Harrop. Every Monday and in less than an hour, the pair will take you around the world of professional golf, reviewing what happened last week, looking ahead at what's to come, and discussing all the latest news. Sliced will also feature a weekly DP World Tour fantasy golf segment where our presenters take on listeners, while they'll take on each other in a game of Highest Bidder. Ben and Sam begin episode 17 of Sliced with a recap of Marco Penge's breakthrough win, although with no TV pictures it's difficult to know exactly how it happened. There's also a look back on the first women's major of the year and a dramatic if manufactured ending, followed by the latest golf news including a new app from a two-time major champion. Ben and Sam are up early on Easter Monday to reflect on an overdue win for Justin Thomas and a home one for Ashun Wu, plus the arrival of a new European star on the LPGA Tour. April 14 - Rory McIlroy wins Masters playoff against Justin Rose to complete career grand slam
Ben and Sam try to make sense of one of the greatest golf tournaments, greatest Sundays, and greatest achievements in the history of the game, as Rory McIlroy completes the career Grand Slam by winning the Masters at Augusta. Oh, and Renato Paratore's win on the HotelPlanner Tour, the world of golf this week, fantasy picks, and Highest Bidder.
April 7 - *MAJOR SPECIAL* The Masters Tournament
Ben and Sam pass another new milestone with their first major championship special, and what a way to begin as they talk all things The Masters (once they've gone through Ben's backdrop and the scandal of the fake lefty). Our duo share their first Masters memories and their favourite renewals of the first major of the men's season, before profiling every player under 100/1. March 31 - Paul McGinley joins Sliced to talk Ryder Cup, Rory at the Masters, and the future of men's pro golf
Ben and Sam welcome Ryder Cup legend Paul McGinley to Sliced. He talks to us about what that event has meant to his life and career and how much of an influence Sam Torrance was on his successful captaincy in 2024. Then it's onto his role on the DP World Tour board when Saudi Arabia came calling, and what he sees for the future of men's professional golf. We talk Rory and the Masters and then Paul has a crack at Highest Bidder.
March 24 - V for Valspar Viktory, Mansell finds winning gear, Tiger
Love is in the air as Ben and Sam gush over Viktor Hovland's stunning victory in the Valspar Championship, and Richard Mansell following his mate and winning in Singapore. Then there's Scottie on Rahm and Tiger on social media, before Ben finds another way to almost win but actually lose in Highest Bidder.
March 17 - Rory wins The PLAYERS, Phil loses his mind, Niemann supreme, Sing-ing in the rain
Ben and Sam react to Rory McIlroy's PLAYERS win before they wonder whether Phil Mickelson really does believe Joaquin Niemann is the world's number one golfer. There are rueful reflections of a breakout win for Josh Berry in India, a look ahead to a rainy Singapore Classic, details of a ticket giveaway, and a tense Highest Bidder.
