On January 18th I gave up on all of my social media accounts. Even going so far as to deleting X and a couple of other ones.
It wasn't because of any drama with individuals. I still love some individuals out there. I'm just tired of social media.

When you start to wake up and do your own research you tend to jump into The Rabbit Hole. They powers that fight to maintain control have labeled these things as "Conspiracy Theories". But more often than not it turns out to be be "Conspiracy Facts".

Lyrics were mostly mine but Grok did the clean up and a lot of suggestions that really helped.
Suno was the music and took 2 generations and 4 covers of the one I liked to get to this.
Of course Grok did the artwork as well.

I'm sure you remember how during the last election cycle the mainstream media went nuts over Elon Musk's statement about how users on X are the media now. They literally flipped over that simple statement. But it's not just X users that are the media now. It's literally you and I. The platform we post on isn't what makes us the media.
The point is that literally no one trusts the mainstream news outlets any more. They've ruined their reputations and there is no coming back from it.

In No Salvation we talk about how you are on your own. No one is coming to save you. The police and the military are only there to protect and serve the government run by the elites. Not the people. In the end, when it comes down to it, the only one you can rely on is yourself. So be prepared to defend yourself and your family. Because there is no super hero that is going to swoop in and save you.

Grok's version of the lyrics was spot on with what I prompted it for. So...

The message of (How they) Control You is how governments control the public's perception and opinion through their complicate friends in the media and big tech social media through the use of algorithms and psy-ops.

Grok was a big help with translating my distaste for people who just flat out refuse to acknowledge the situation as it is. Grok said it much more eloquently than I could have. My version would've required a very large explicit lyrics warning label. Lol.

It took around 10 generations to get this song to work using Suno AI.

No Bones is about big tech's grip on your personal life is way worse than the majority of people imagine. They use their users as a product to sell to others in the big tech and government industry.
Your data is worth millions of dollars and they dont even share their windfall profits with you for it. Essentially leaving us with no bones.

This one was tough to work on. I wanted to keep it...

The original plan I had was to release a full on album with Byte Rebel and this was going to be the title track. But since pretty much the AI personas became centered around a concept of a character the idea of album centered songs didnt make much sense to me.
Just do the song and release it when it's ready. Should be a faster turn around on songs in the future.

Freedom Can't Fall's message is that the fight for Freedom is constant. You can never become complacent with it. Because there is always someone...

In this song Byte Rebel calls for people to actively take steps to avoid the traps of big tech by hacking their personal habits. They can break big techs firewalls with small steps and changes to their online routines. It is all about personal responsibility afterall.

This was one of the few first generations that I liked. So I kept with it.

In the first song of Byte Rebel I wanted to touch on using the dark web without using the actual words dark web, i2p or tor. I wanted to emphasize the anonymity, privacy and freedom those networks allow for.

Of course I had to have Grok help me write them and create the image of Byte Rebel in the artwork. Music is once again done with Suno. If I remember right this took 3 - 4 generations before I was happy with it,

Most of you probably dont know this, but I've done a lot of podcasts. Several of them were about truck driving. Truckin Nuts, Break 19 Podcast and I was a frequent guest of the old Trucker Nation USA.

In December of '24 the 3 of the original cast of Trucker Nation USA got back together to revive it and asked me to be regular cohost. It's on hold for the holidays but will resume production on 1/06/25 with 2-3 episodes per week and a live stream on Rumble and YouTube.

Diesel in My Blood was originally intended to be a country/bluegrass truck driver tribute song I wrote back when I first started driving truck back in 1996. I was heavily inspired by the likes of Joe Diffie and Roy Clark around that time. I had visions of fiddles, banjos, up right bass and washboards when I wrote the lyrics back then. But in today's age with the lines of country, rock, rap and metal all blurring into a weird mashed up wall of sound the lyrics just didnt fit anymore.

So I threw it at SunoAI and...

Hammer on Down was an instrumental song that I wrote on guitar and recorded a couple of different versions. I always wanted to put words to it but never could come up with anything that would fit the tempo and format of the song. It was originally a song for the guitar that you could drive truck to.
So I had Grok come up with some lyrics about a driver that has to hurry across a thousand miles to get home by a certain time or his wife was going to leave him. Grok spit it out and...

I'm starting to feel much more confident with letting Grok write the lyrics for me. This song was an experiment that I wanted to do. I wanted to see how it would handle the concept of God, death, afterlife and faith.

So I asked it to write a song about a woman praying to God to save her husband. He was mortally wounded trying to protect her and the kids during a home invasion. Stabbed in the heart and slowly passing. Shes kneeling next to him in a desperate prayer for his life. If God won't save...

This one is new. I had written the lyrics for the chorus and was intending this to be a follow up song to Billy Bobtail's "Hammer on Down". After I slept on it overnight I thought it felt to feminine to be a song performed by a burly ex truck driver. So I switched it up and had Grok convert it to being from a female point of view.
Then fed it into Suno under the Mira Nocturne persona and this is what happened on the 5th generation try.

This another song that John and I had been tossing around and playing with for years. It's what we called a "concept song". Inspired by the layout of Meatloaf's "Anything for Love". The idea is that each verse is a different story or concept that feeds into a corresponding chorus. This way there is more of a dynamic to the overall song as it contains more than one theme or concept.

The only thing that John and I could agree on was the 3 different themes we wanted to cover in the song.

The lyrics for this song has been floating around between myself and my life long friend Johnny Gearjammer for a couple of decades. We had full intentions of making it into a full fledged song. Even went so far as to recruit a good friend of our who is a hell of a singer in a local band to sing it. But we could never find the right music to fit the lyrics.
