The United Sates vs The Soviet Union vs Afghanistan. Sound Familiar? Well it should because its something that raged in the world from 1979-1989.
20th Century Men by Deniz Camp, Stipan Morian, and Aditya Bidikar, tell this story but with super-humans, super-soldiers as this conflict ramped up to 11 and rushing towards WWIII. Its beautifully drawn and wonderfully told through 3 perspectives.
We dive into this story that has to be a new personal favorite of ours.
