8 years after banning the smoking of tobacco from the streets of the town, The City of Laguna Beach is moving to remove all caffeine products from shops, restuarants and cafes.

Rick Conkey loves the arts. He loves music and musicians. He's the brainchild and CEO of Laguna Beach Cultural Arts Center, which is becoming one of Laguna's most beloved venues for music, film, theater and art, all with an edge of what he calls "Artivism," - activism and art.. What a guy!

Legendary comedian Rita Rudner has generously offered her time to be a host of KXFM's 1st annual LAF (laguna Achievement Festival) Awards on Saturday March 29th 2025. Also performing that night will be Rita's talented daughter, singer/songwriter Molly Bergman.

Tara's son, Elijah died of cancer in 2023. He was a very talented musician and performer. Elija's life and its tragic end inspired tara to form The Elijah Legacy Project which helps families, especially those marginalized by lack of resources to navigate the healthcare system and to live each day the best way they can, powerfully, through music.

Terry Moogan was born into poverty in tough 1950's Liverpool, UK. Subjected to torture in England's brutal child "Care' system, he emerged as an adult, maladjusted and in survival mode. His rocky road to eventual redemption took him thru juvinile detention centers to high security prison. He eventually escaped, traveling to Los Angeles on the cruise ship, The Queen Elizabeth II. His new life included work as a personal butler to Clint Eastwood, Elizabeth Taylor and a host of other Hollywood luminaries. Listen to terry and Jason chat as only two old Brits can!
