These days I’m starting something bigger than myself and it’s called “PPDK Productions”. It’s short for “Paraprosdokianist” which is a combination of the Greek Term for one-liner, “Paraprosdokian” meaning “against expectation” and “journalist”.

This is the first part of my stand-up set from Nathanael Philip Mosher Has Friends Ep. 1, answering the question, “Who Would You Be If You Weren’t Afraid of Suffering?”

This is my attempt to grapple with the doubts I have about becoming a Christian comedian.

I’ve been a fan of Rich’s stand-up before I knew him as a dear friend. I had the honor of hosting him in my living room. I hope you enjoy our conversation about who he would be if the fear of suffering were alleviated from his life personally and artistically.

Tom is not just a wonderful musician, mentor, and man, but he has a wealth of wisdom and experience. Here is his perspective on suffering.

I’m honored to have had Tom play a few of his songs in attempts to answer the question. I hope you enjoy his storytelling and music the way I have for my entire life.
