Thank You for Your Patience: Wait Times in Healthcare
In Episode 15, we discuss three different waiting games: scheduling an appointment, delays at your provider’s office, and the dreaded ER waiting room. We talk about the worst offenders in making you wait (dermatology!) and give you tips to reduce wait times, including best days to call for appointments and the least busy times in the ER. Bhuchitra finds it suspicious that both Holly and her friend broke an arm in a dramatic fashion.
