In the city I was brought up in , here in the Waikato , Kirikiriroa (Hamilton).  I grew up in a heavely occupied gang neighbour hood in regards to the eyes of colonizers.  Through my eyes it was home and whanau familys , but sometimes the neighbourhood would raise up hell and go to work on different gang affiliates.

Dal is from the hood, I grew up with his brother Andre kicked it with our homie Brownie Koti who was murdered a few years ago.  We all grew up in Fairfield and went to Insoll primary.

It is 2025 and so much has happpened since I last did my Pod Cast.
Our Maori King Tuheitia passed away which broke many of our hearts.  We crowned a New Maori Queen, Tuheitia's daughter Ngawai.  70 thousand people marched on parliment to protest against the goverments racist bill they try to pass.  I was there with my wife and heaps of our friends, Maori and Tauiwi (Foreigners) together.  My mum passed away as well as our cat got run over.  I got disqualified from driving for 4 speeding tickets in the last 2 years and that...

What a day 
This morning I was in Meremere which is a very small village heading north from Kirikiriroa  towards Tamaki Makaurau to help my cousin and with his mothers books (Whakapapa/Family tree) recording her and our other Aunties.  After they yummy kai (Food) I heading to Paeroa for a Hui (Meeting) with whanau about the future of our Marae Te Pai O Hauraki.  That meeting finished around 530 is so I b lined it back to Kirikiriroa to set up for Chris Heke.
