Overall, this was probably the greatest slate we'll see all season. Ole Miss had a massive win over LSU and Trinidad Chambliss is one of the best stories in the sport. 

Bama and Oregon got huge road wins. Oregon silenced the Penn State white out and Alabama improved to 10-1 against Georgia in their last 11 meetings.

Laner explains why the statement "players deserve to be paid" can't be the reason we continue to make horrible decisions for the sport. Most people agree players should be paid, but the lack of structure is killing the sport.
