Episode 39: Willy’s Homer Binge Highlights Push for a Bye
The Brewers went 6-1 to keep the hot Cubs 10 games back. Willy Adames homered in 5 straight games including number 29 on his 29th birthday, which also tied him with The Kid for most 3-run homers in a single season. Our version of The Kid is red hot as well and is in the thick of the NL Rookie of the Year race. The whole pitching staff was untouchable this week!

Episode 38: Review of the Coliseum
The Brewers went to St. Louis and Oakland before returning home to start a series with the Giants. While in St. Louis, they suffered arguably the worst loss of the year to this point. Scoop did his review of the Oakland Coliseum after seeing two of the games there this weekend. Finally, we finished up with some Sal Frelick love.

Episode 37: Interview with the “Just A Bit Outside” Filmmakers and Sweep of the Guardians
The Brewers pulled off a weekend sweep of the Cleveland Guardians that previously had the best record in MLB. That put them at a season high 20 games over .500 (21 after the win in St. Louis after recording). The bulk of this episode is an interview with Sean Hanish (Director/Producer) and Kelly Kahl (Producer) of “Just A Bit Outside: The Story of the 1982 Milwaukee Brewers”. The movie is in select Marcus Theaters across Wisconsin starting September 13th!

Episode 36: Two Exciting Wins vs. Dodgers and Farm Talk with Javik Blake
Announced minutes after we recorded, Christian Yelich will undergo season ending back surgery. Despite this, we were able to talk a lot of good topics in this episode. The Brewers won a series against the Reds, and they came back to split the Dodgers series with two close wins. The bulk of this episode was our interview with Javik Blake, the voice of the AA Biloxi Shuckers. We talked about all the guys you want to hear about that have worn the Shuckers uniform in 2024!

Episode 35: Jackson Chourio is a Star and the Offensive Outburst in Atlanta
The Brewers used 52 hits and 34 runs to sweep the Braves in Atlanta. Jackson Chourio has blossomed into a star over the last two months as he has been historically good for a player under the age of 21. Colin Rea seems to get eve. better every start he makes. William Contreras stuck it to his old team in the series. Willy Adames kicked off the series with a 4-hit, 2-homer night.

Episode 34: Chourio Shines, Yeli’s Back is Back, and Back-to-Back Series Wins Over Rivals

Episode 33: Limping into All-Star Break and Blake Burke Highlights Draft Picks
The Brewers dropped four of six at home against the Pirates and Nationals heading into the All-Star break. They are 5-8 in July. Dallas Keuchel was designated for assignment. We touched on all the fun of the All-Star break including Cooper Pratt in the Futures Game, the Brewers completing the Burnes trade during the draft, the Home Run Derby, and Yeli and Conteras in the big game! The full All-Star Game rosters were revealed, and Brice Turang was denied a spot despite his 3rd best WAR in the National League. The Brewers wrapped up a series split in Colorado and a series loss in LA against Will Smith and the Dodgers. Christian Yelich homered a few times and Rhys Hoskins added to the grand slam binge.

After being non-tendered a few months ago, the Brewers agreed to terms on a 2-year deal with one of the best pitchers in franchise history.
