As a newer agent it can be so hard to figure out your daily routine/habits when you have no idea what you should even be doing! Hang in there friends, it gets easier. Forming a solid but flexible routine is so important when it comes to prioritizing your day. Join us as well talk about how time management has helped our team and business. 

When it comes to running and marketing your business, make it count! There are so many free and easy resources that you can utilize until you are ready to invest more. Professional photography is HUGE and an absolute must. We lay out some helpful suggestions and tips on aligning your business when you're starting your real estate career and then how to continue as you grow! 

You can get pulled in so many directions when you get into the world of real estate. There are so many amazing boards, committees and events you can be a part of. We're laying it all out and talking about prioritizing what is most important to you and allowing yourself you say no to some things. It's a wild ride y'all, but the best! 

Let's dive into the up and downs and in's and out's of this real estate market. We give our perspective on how we have tackled and continue to tackle our business all while serving our clients in the best way possible!

Welcome to Season 2 of Haller Hour friends! We're ready to walk with you through this crazy and ever changing real estate market of ours. From humble beginning and starting my real estate career from the ground up, I've gotten hands on experience when it comes to navigating the market. If you are a newer agent or a seasoned one, we'd love to hear from you and how you've grown or want to grow your career while staying in your lane, focusing on the finish line and staying true to yourself. 

Spilling the details on our teams most looked forward to time of the year... our annual Haller Team Trip! Nashville stole our hearts last year and we can't get enough!

Drink of the day: Nashville Bloody Mary- A must!

1 Cup- Tomato Juice
Splash of Hot Sauce
Splash of  Pickle Juice
1 1/2 Oz  Vodka

Pour into shaker with ice and pour! Top with bacon, celery, olives and okra!!!

I thought personality tests were overrated and that there was no way a test could tell me anything about myself, but I was proved wrong! It was so fun to learn about ourselves and each other and why we get along so well!

1½ ounce bourbon
1 ounce simple syrup
¾ ounce fresh lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 ounces Prosecco
2 fresh mint leaves

What, like it hard? We get calls all the time about how people can get into real estate because they  love homes and looking at pretty houses. Well friends, that is only a fraction of what we do! Haller Hour drink of the day:

French 75
1 ½ ounces* gin
¾ ounce lemon juice 
½ ounce simple syrup
3 ounces champagne (about 1/2 glass

Add gin, lemon juice, and syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and.... shake! Strain into champagne glass and top with bubbly!
