Queensland Reds front rower Sef Fa'agase joins Ryan and Pete in the Socks Up studio. Sef shares his rugby journey and also reveals how the dads on the team like to help each other out with a bit of advice. The prop also tells us about his surprising school hobby which may have helped him in the lineouts. Plus we catch up with Cheetah for an update with the Reds Super W team and Ryan tells another Reds player to pull their Socks Up!

Reds and Wallabies Number 8 Harry Wilson joins Ryan and Pete in the Socks Up studio. The guys chat about Wilso’s love of cricket, their tour of Japan to play the Panasonic Wild Knights and of course the first game of the season this weekend in Townsville.
