مطالبی که گفته شد تا کنون ، مفهوم هوش هیجانی ، تفاوتش با هوش و مولفه های هوش هیجانی ، ضرورت یادگیری مهارتهای ،فواید و نقش آن در زندگی بود .
هوش احساسی یا هوش هیجانی  یا هوش عاطفی ،به توانایی شناسایی و مدیریت احساسات خود و احساسات دیگران اشاره دارد. در واقع هوش هیجانی به معنای توانایی مهار احساسات و به کار بردن آنها در کارهایی مانند تفکر و حل مسئله است. امروزه از هوش هیجانی به عنوان یکی از مؤلفه‌های ذاتی موفقیت در زندگی هست .
همانطور که گفته شد یادگرفتنی هست و با آموزش میتوان این مهارت را کسب کرد . والدین اولین الگو ها و مربیان هوش هیجانی هستند پس ضروری است که در ابتدا خود والدین در صورتی که این مهارت ها را ندارند، کسب کنند تا بتوانند باعث رشد و ارتقاء هوش هیجانی در کودکان خود شوند. مهمترین نکته اینست که این مهارتها پایه رفتاری افراد در زندگی و موفقیت هاشون در نقش هاشون در آینده هست و رضایت از زندگی ارتباط مستقیم با کسب این مهارتها دارد چه در کودکان و چه در بزرگسالان.

کلمات کلید ارتباطات هستند.
هرچقدر کلیدهای بیشتری در اختیار داشته باشیم ،درهای ارتباط بیشتری را میتوانیم بگشاییم.
در زبان فارسی بیش از نیم ملیون واژه وجود دارد و اغلب ما فارسی زبانان در بهترین حالت روزانه  تنها ازحدود200 ,یا 300 واژه استفاده میکنیم، و درمحاورات خود مدام از کلمات تکراری مدد
می جوییم.
برخورداری از دایره واژگان گسترده، راههای ارتباطی ما را در اذهان و قلبهای دیگران می گشاید و ما را  تبدیل به شخصیتی کاریزماتیک و جذاب  می کند.
و از سویی در متقاعد ساختن دیگران هم بسیار موفق  و کارآمدخواهیم بود.
اصلی ترین وظیفه هر پدر و مادر نسبت به آینده فرزند خود، تلاش در بهبود و ارتقا بیان کودک خود می باشد.

قبل از پرداختن به اپیزود ،لازمه  توضیح بدم که وقفه پیش آمده در انتشار این اپیزود تعمدی نبود، من دچار یک سانحه شدم و مجبور به سه هفته استراحت و گذراندن دوره ی درمان. و این عبارت معروف  « حادثه خبر نمی کند» اینجا خیلی کاربرد داره😁
این اتفاق کل برنامه ریزی های رادیو صفا از جمله ویژه برنامه روز جهانی پدر را تحت تاثیر قرار داد و متاسفانه من نتوانستم به موقع در استودیو برای اجرا حاضر شوم.  عذر خواهی بنده رو بپذیرید.

تقویت فن بیان، ابزار محکمیست برای بهبود و ارتقا زندگی شخصی ،عاطفی، اجتماعی .و فن بیان  یعنی توانایی صحبت کردن در هر زمان، مکان، و هر شرایطی متناسب با مخاطبمان.
۷۵درصد از راههای ارتباطی  از طریق کلام است .۸۵ درصد رمز موفقیت انسانهای بزرگ در حوزه ی کلام است.
پس فراموش نکنیم ،قبل از هر آموزشی باید به  چگونگی بهبود و ارتقا بیان کودکمان بیندیشیم.
