018: Medal Results Do Not Reflect Performance
All too often we associate the medal results to our performance. Did we get Gold? No? So that means we sucked, right? Well… Not necessarily.
One of the biggest mistake we see people, especially early on, do is place the results as the ONLY measure of how we performed that day. We didn’t get the medal placed on our neck? We did horrible! I wasn’t on the podium, I must have sucked that day. I lost my first round, Im not as good as them.
Though the Medal standing shows who won that particula...

014: How I started Teaching
I don't know what it was... But I definitely DID NOT like teaching martial arts when I started.
I was young.
I liked training.
I liked competing.

I hope you enjoy this episode about and find some valuable information about what your purpose is and that moments in life can change who we are.
