As we navigate life in these physical bodies, it is easy to forget that this is a world based on resonance. Whether we look through a spiritual lens or explore the idea with quantum physics, the answer is the same.

When we remember this, worlds open up to us that we simply did not perceive from our limited, day-to-day grind.

Better-feeling states become available and we can learn to HOLD those states for ourselves ~ and ultimately as gifts to each other, as our frequency impacts those around us, as do...

This is one of my all-time fave episodes, because it helps us see the sneaky ways lack of self-love manifests in our lives ... it's rarely straight-forward.
