Abundance is an internal sense of enoughness.

Authenticity as multicultural creative expression.

Expectations eclipse the Truth and estrange.

How much do you appreciate the thoroughness of the journey?

You get back but not always from where you gave.

Focus on the essence that never changes regardless of the container.

A bridge anchors on each side and works towards the middle.

Healing is uplifting what is right, not deleting what’s wrong.

Change requires working with former adversaries.

Live into the possibilities of your affirmations.

Healing is continuous, not a single event.

Justice is Spirit in action, a manifestation of restoration.

Don't chase, just BE.

Healing and overcoming puts cuts on your diamond.

Become what you seek and it will come into being.

New answers come from asking new questions.

Half of the answer is in properly defining the problem.

Heal your relationships from unexamined assumptions.

Trade hypnotic suggestions for affirmative narrations.

Civil rights only codify pre-existing human rights.

 The first step of forgiveness is willingness, the rest will follow. 

If you think everything is too much to have, what blessings are you preparing to reject?

Acknowledge how the mark has been missed and make corrections.

Life is a spiral, not a straight line. What you resist, persists.

There is never a better moment to show up with your A-Game.

To save a relationship you have to stop fighting the people in it.

Have the courage to embrace it all; nothing is wasted.

Any moment becomes 'NOW' when you take action.

To change the world, you have to change.

It’s polarization that causes conflict not differences. The problem is we other forgetting that all of us are first and foremost spiritual beings. We have to stop colluding with each other’s spiritual amnesia in order to confront the fierce urgency of NOW!  But spoiler alert! To change the world, you have to change.

It is important to understand the difference between the two because it completely changes the conversation and the direction that we need to go for correction and healing."
