Don't allow past experiences and trauma to continue to have a hold over you. Easier said than done.. but often what's looking back at us in the mirror isn't what we want to see. You can't be the person you want to be if you're constantly shoving yourself in a box.  Let go and go get it... you can and are the person you want to be... just nourish yourself and start to allow yourself to see you for who you are. We have to really acknowledge how we speak to people, especially in a gym setting. The best meaning of people can really get caught out with the way they say things. Remember the only people whom can give fitness advice to you, are qualified trainers. My take on the Kathmandu Coast to Coast Longest day 2023. My first successful crack at making it from the West Coast of the South Island to the East in one day via my bike, my kayak and my run legs.  I hope you too, can be inspired by what we are capable of.
