THAT WAS AN INSANE ENDING! The Knicks drop game 5 to the Detroit Pistons in a thriller! We had every chance to win that game. All New York needed was to make an adjustment late to secure the victory. Unfortunately, the Knicks didn't use their final timeout to get Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart back into the game with 2 minutes left to go. The Knicks have a major problem with OG Anunoby & Mikal Bridges regarding their offense. Defensively, they have played well but on offense they leave a lot to be desired. More Mikal Bridges than OG Anunoby. NY needs them to step up on offense and become more aggressive. That will cause the Pistons defense to collapse faster, allowing NY to score easier. But one other thing we have to acknowledge is the physicality of this series and it feels like a 90's game. It's without a doubt the most physical series of the postseason... The Knicks continue to limit the rotation! NY's bench is one of the weakest benches in the postseason, only providing 5 points to NY's game 4 victory over the Pistons. The Knicks are able to get by now with will and determination. But a bench is needed in order for NY to get to where they want to be, the NBA FINALS. THAT WAS INCREDIBLE! WHAT A GAME! A back and forth affair, NY controlling quarter 1, Pistons control quarter 3 and then the game is on the line in quarter 4. And when Cade V Clutch met, we saw exactly who the best player in this series is and that is Jalen Brunson. But Game 4 didn't end without its own controversy, with the Pistons complaining over a Josh Hart foul that was not called, likely costing them the game. Pistons forward Tobias Harris recently called the Knicks soft and implied it was easy to guard Karl-Anthony. Then game 3 happened and we never heard from him again, at least on the basketball court. FAKE TOUGH GUY Paul Reed recently got into a physical altercation with Knicks big man Mitchell Robinson. Reed attempted to push Mitchell Robinson but Robinson wouldn't budge. Reed was then shoved nearly cross court by Karl-Anthony-Towns as he was looking out for his teammate. Reed isn't the only one who went after a Knick player.
