Corey James Edkin was just two years-old when he went missing from his home in New Columbia, PA on October 13, 2986. For the past 36 years, state troopers have been investigating his disappearance.

Most recently, in 2020, they released a statement suggesting that they were making progress in the case and were hopeful for answers regarding the child's disappearance.

Edkin's grandmother, Myrle Miller currently awaits trial for allegedly poisoning and killing her husband.

On September 20, 2022, Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf signed House Bill 930 into law. This law requires that state police turn DNA samples of missing persons into NamUS, the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System.

This law could change the landscape of missing persons cases across the state.

Breaking Down the PA Right to Know Law

On August 10, Harv Productions LLC filed a Right to Know request with Northumberland County Children & Youth requesting documents pertaining to the case of Arabella Parker.

Amanda Parker was Arabella's older sister. The two spent a lot of time together when Arabella was a baby, but as she got older and Arabella's mother separated from their father, Karl Parker, Amanda was allowed to see less and less of her sister.

Despite Samantha Delcamp's reluctance in allowing Amanda to spend time with Arabella, Amanda became aware of the conditions that her three year-old sister was living in. Amanda called authorities, and had relatives do the same.

In the end, Amanda's efforts couldn't save her sister, and Arabella was brutally beaten by her...

The Murder of Three Year-Old Arabella Parker

On October 10, 2019, Arabella Parker, a three year-old child in Trevorton, Pennsylvania was brutally beaten by her mother's boyfriend Jahrid Burgess. The child went into a seizure, but 911 was not called until nearly an hour after the incident had occurred. Arabella held on to every last inch of life for 44 days in Geisinger Medical Center while the community held candlelight vigils and hoped against the unthinkable. Arabella Parker passed away on November 22, 2019, two days after she was removed from life support.
