77, Ghosts of the Civil War on Kennesaw Mountain - Empleo un cuento escalofriante para enseñar inglés - Halloween episode

In 1864, the US Army was marching towards Atlanta, GA, a major railroad intersection, to defeat the Confederates who had seceded from the US.  Blocking their path was Kennesaw Mountain.  The federal troops both charged up the mountain and around it to break the lines of the rebel army.

In 2003, a young man and his friend decide to camp on Kennesaw Mountain because they hear that it might have ghosts.  They sneak onto the park site and spend the night.  What they see and hear changes them forever.

Greg will now present one short story per month to teach the English lessons on NoTeRindasPodcast.US.  Gabe has a new job and schedule, so he will not be part of the podcast for the foreseeable future.  :(

In Spanish, one can ask a question by simply changing the vocal pitch:  "Beto practica el piano" becomes "¿Beto practica el piano?"  In English, it is extremely common to require a form of "do" to make a statement into a question.  The answer to the question, then, will **also** utilize the word "do." Wow!

You know that "run" translates to "correr" in Spanish, but you may encounter some difficulty when "run" adds a preposition and no longer means "to move one's legs rapidly, such as when being chased by a bear."
