The Bible's Most Misunderstood Book | Revelation Summary
We're not finished just yet! The Book of Revelation is commonly regarded by mainstream sources to be a prophecy about the End of the World. Many Christians regard this book as a prophecy of tribulation, pain, and suffering in our future. However, having gone through each chapter, and seeing the pieces put together, you find that it is not that, but something far greater. Once understood, the book of Revelation is one of the most uplifting and inspiring books in the Bible, with a message of triumph for Christ and his Church.
The Last Chapter | Revelation 22
The Final chapter of both Revelation and the Bible, 22 describes a River that flows through the street of the city from the Throne of God, having the "Tree of Life" on both banks. This sounds like it could be Heaven, but what is it actually?
New Heaven, New Earth | Revelation 21
As we see in this chapter, John witnesses The Bride of Christ, The Holy City, Jerusalem, descend out of Heaven from God. But when this chapter describes "A New Heaven and a New Earth" what does that mean?

7 Bowls of God's Wrath on the Land | Revelation 16
In this chapter the last of the four sets of seven covenant consequences outline in Leviticus 26 are poured out on the land. Its the seven bowls of wrath. And note... its on the 'land' they are poured out. But even more interesting is the explanation of 'Armageddon.... or more specifically Har Meggido - and how this symbol of a lying spirit which leads to destruction occurred twice previously in Israel/Judah and now occurs a third time to Jerusalem.
What is a Song of Moses Doing in Revelation? | Revelation 15
Chapter 15 of Revelation is a little short chapter, but in here we have the second song taking place in Heaven. Is the worship we see here liturgical or spontaneous? Could it be both? And in Moses song, there is a theme of justice which uncannily connects to the other song of Moses in the Bible found in Deuteronomy 32, where it says God will judge the land. After this we are introduced to the last set of 7 judgements - the 7 angels with 7 bowls.
The Winepress of God's Wrath | Revelation 14
A number of the parables of Jesus had both a near and a far interpretation. Jesus talked about the end of the age, which was the near meaning for the listeners of his day. He spoke of a harvest at the end of hte age where the wheat and the tares would be gathered and sorted. This chapter of revelation covers this point, and considers the reaping, the harvest of the land at the end of the old covenant age.
The Significance of 666 | Revelation 13 Part 2
To many Christians, it's a big scary number. But its a big scary number that means something. Who is the man behind the mark of the beast?

Lions, Tigers, and Bears oh my! The Beasts of Revelation 13! In this Episode, we cover some of the most hotly debated symbols of the Bible. The Beast from the sea, and the Beast from the Land. What are they? Watch along to find out!
War in Heaven | Revelation 12
When we think of Jesus dying on the cross we see a meek, and conquered human, at surface level. But we don't see Jesus in the way that this chapter describes him, as a conquerer who defeated Satan at every level. This chapter describes a "great sign" of the child being born who was to rule the world. That child would defeat the dragon and there would be war in heaven as a result, with the dragon being thrown out.
Who are the Two Witnesses? | Revelation 11
In the chapter 1 video it was explained that the entire book of Revelation is a court room scene. And in chapter 11 we meet two witnesses who testify in the case for the prosecution. A lot of attention has been given to the precise identity of these two witnesses and in this video David outlines a number of these suggestions, and then makes it clear who the two are. He proceeds to explain how they are historic witnesses and not future reincarnations of humans who lived in the past, and how exactly they did die and live again.
Who is the Mighty Angel? | Revelation 10
Jesus regularly appears througout the book of Revelation, indeed it is a "Revelation of Jesus Christ." (Rev 1:1) Here in chapter 10 we meet a mighty angel and it is the Lord. The angel stands on the sea and the land, representing Lordship over the Jews and the Gentiles, he is the Lord of all. In this Episode we explain the symbolism of chapter ten, and also uncover a clue as to what the voice of the seven thunders said, as revealed by the light of Psalm 29.
Abaddon and his Forces - Woe, Woe, Woe | Revelation 9
In chapter 9 of Revelation we have the blowing of the last three of the seven trumpets. But these three trumpets, release what is called "woe." There are three woes, and each gets successively worse. As each woe is described it becomes clear we are not talking about something literal - indeed the descriptions are so strange it must be describing something highly symbolic and something of a spiritual nature. It would seem it is describing a demonic onslaught.
The Blast of 7 Trumpets | Revelation 8
In Revelation 8 with the opening of the 7th seal, begins the blast of the 7 trumpets. Trumpets are more than cool, they are highly symbolic in the Bible with at least five clear meanings, ALL of which are represented here in this chapter. David will explain the five symbolic meanings of trumpets in the Bible, and how they apply in Revelation 8, and then commence by explaining the first four of the seven trumpets.
144,000 believers take THE MARK!? | Revelation 7
The mark of the beast has been controversial in recent times, with many things such as the COVID vaccine, RFID chips, or various ID cards equated with the mark. But in this chapter we consider a different mark, the mark of the lamb. In fact, 144,000 people are sealed with this mark, and it is a symbol representing all believers in the Lord Jesus, from all time, who are all sealed by his Spirit on their minds and hearts. There is nothing weird, or strange or sad about the lamb and his mark. You WANT that mark as it seals...
The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse Ride | Revelation 6
In this chapter of Revelation Jesus begins to open the seals on the scroll, and six of them out of seven are removed. The first four result in the four horses of the apocalypse riding out and bringing with them conquest, war, poverty and plague. Sounds terrible. What does it all mean, and most importantly, who is that rider on the white horse? Is that Jesus? This is chapter six of a twenty-two video series released one per week each Friday. For a book labelled 'revelation' it has historically been one of the least understood books in the Bible...
The Start of The End | Revelation 5
Standing in the throne room/court room of God, John is crying because nobody good enough was able to be found to begin proceedings. But there was a lamb who was slain, a symbol of the Lord Jesus, who was worthy. It turns out that when Christ died, it wasn't just salvation he worked out, but he did a great many other things too, including being worthy to open this legal document. In this Episode we consider the the scroll which is written on both sides, and sealed with seven seals. It is a legal document, but how exactly...
This is NOT the Rapture | Revelation 4
"Come up here," said a voice, and then John had a revelation of God's throne. Now in this episode it's your turn to come up and have a Revelation of God too. After our reading, we consider the throne of God, but also the idea that this chapter might be the rapture. In reality it isn't. David really didn't mean to laugh in the video when he questioned the rapture. Certainly we intend no disrespect, but it just doesn't seem plausible that this could be thought. This chapter is also where the symbolism of Revelation starts to get more...
God's Terrifying Message to Sardis | Revelation 3
In this episode, we consider the last three of seven churches that Jesus wrote this letter to, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea. Revelation wasn't a letter written specifically to us, in the twenty-first century, but to seven churches in the province of Asia in the first century. In making the message apply to us today, the context matters.
Why does God write to 7 Churches? | Revelation 2
In this episode, we consider the first four of seven churches that Jesus wrote this letter to. Revelation wasn't a letter written specifically to us, in the twenty-first century, but to seven churches in the province of Asia in the first century. In making the message apply to us today, the context matters. Are you curious where Ephesus is today? Or where is Smyrna today? What about the church of Thyatira or Pergamum. This video will show you where to find them, along with the Island of Patmos.
Is the Book of Revelation REALLY About Jesus? | Revelation 1
Welcome to the Book of Revelation. This is chapter one of the audio series covering the Final book of the Bible. For a book labelled 'revelation' it has historically been one of the least understood books in the Bible. But we aim to bring revelation to Revelation. In summary, the book is a revelation of JESUS, and not as such about the end of...
