It's so common around volunteers and staff members to not know where to draw healthy lines between personal life and ministry life. After 25 years of experience on a church staff I've got some sure ways to help you set those.

If we don't do ministry right it can destroy our emotions, cause us to walk away from serving, and even walk away from Jesus all together. That's what we call BURNOUT. But if you know why burnout happens, you can keep ministry a joy in your life, and it never becomes a burden.
