At Femmi we are building a community of women who can support, inspire and educate one another on how to move with our bodies and not against them. Founders, Lydia O’Donnell and Esther Keown, have come together to kick start more conversations about women, how we can make the most of our bodies, our hormones and ourselves.

As we wrap up Women's History Month, this week on the Femmi Pod we are joined by the incredible Kathrine Switzer, who made history as one of the first women to run the Boston marathon in 1967. At that time women running marathons was unheard of. While running the marathon the race director approached Kathrine with anger and attempted to pull her off the course.
