Kentucky hosts Tennessee this weekend so we welcomed in Evan Pierce, co-host of The Vol Bros, to preview the game. Tennessee is even more potent offensively than ever. Not good news for us, but could they be without one of their pillars on defense?

Kentucky had Texas and let 'em off the hook. Why in the world did the Cats continue to try to challenge Texas up the gut on the goal line? That clearly wasn't working. Another rough loss to South Carolina where things got out of hand for the Cats. Now it's on to Athens to face the dawgs after a loss, the first of a string of tough games in the month of October. Jager Burton joined Vinny for a fun convo about lots of topics. He talked about getting to know all of his teammates and leaving no stone unturned in an effort to improve on last season. We talked about his approach to fall camp now that he was an older player. One-run games weren't kind to Kentucky baseball. We saw it again in the regionals against West Virginia. The way the season ended stung and will sting for a while. But the Cats had a solid season and achieved a lot overall. They have positioned themselves nicely for next year if they play their cards right.

Kentucky football has us all feeling kind of glum. Maybe they can prove us wrong. Plus we talk Tom Thibodeau and the Knicks. We get some love from Front Porch Sports. Check out our Million Podcast rankings.
