BDRC spoke with Andy Butchart about his recent performance at the Weltklasse in the recent Diamond League final as well as his Olympic experience in 2016 & 2021 & how they compared and contrasted to that of Nick McCormick's in 2012.

Both Andy & Nick have strong links to New Balance and they also discussed how these developed as well as discussing how different coaching is at the top level.

We recorded this on Wednesday 8th September, and would like to think we are somewhat of a good luck charm for Jake's 5th Avenue Mile victory in New York on Sunday 12th September.

Additionally, Marc & Karl preview the forthcoming NOEAA Road Relays in Redcar, with BDRC launching their first ever prediction competition.
