Luckily, my former high school English teacher was willing to dive into this difficult topic with me. Together we unpack the art of holding political discussions in the classroom and how to deal with such topics with kids of different ages. She shares about her career and what happens among the teaching community in the wake of each tragic act of violence in a place of education.
