“Confess and Release” reminds us that before we bring our requests to God, we must first humble our hearts in confession and release the burdens of sin, worry, and self-will into His hands. True prayer begins with cleansing and surrender—acknowledging our need for forgiveness, laying down what weighs us down, and opening the way for God’s power to move. When we confess and release, our prayers are no longer hindered, and we experience peace, freedom, and the assurance that He hears us.
