Ar'Sheill's book is called "Kids in Cuffs: Striving for Equity & Empathy in Education" so we got into some things in this episode. With her 15 years of experience under her belt, Ar'Sheill is advocating for better training of educators so that Black children and children of color don't get left behind due to bias.
