Juan Fernando Hermosa holds the record for being Ecuador’s youngest serial killer. At just 15 years old, he was arrested for murdering 22 people. The Chupacabras Chile Attacks
The Chupacabras is one of the most well known Latin Americana cryptids, the first sightings can be dated back 1995 in Puerto Rico, but some of the most bizzare reports come from Chile. In 2000, a series of attacks attributed to the Chupacabras took place, some of which involved the Chilean military and allegedly, NASA.
