Heather Kolwich, M.A. CCC-SLP, HWC, RYT-200 has a private practice in Speech Language Pathology and Health Coaching. She holds a Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Cell Biology from University of Southwestern Ontario and a Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Wayne State University. She also is a Certified Health and Life Coach. Heather has combined her years of experience in brain rehabilitation with coaching tools in a faith based coaching program called The Legacy Life. How to Overcome Procrastination and Create Brain Healthy Habits
Why do we procrastinate? It is because we are trying to stop certain behaviors and start new ones.
It is because our brain goes into fear mode, wanting to give up because of the discomfort of the magnitude of change. It is easier to give up then to keep going forward.
