Tim launches into our second teaching topic from James chapter 3 - all about wisdom! And how we find the perfect vision of wisdom in Jesus. Wisdom is something that we get from God but it's also honed in His process of refining us throughout our lives.

In this episode, guest speaker Andy takes us through the beginning of James 3 - about the impact of the words we say; and how they can give life or set "a whole forest ablaze"

This week Glen opens up James 2:14-26, an uncomfortable passage, inviting us to centre on James' call to those who "claim" to follow Jesus - and how realising that we can't give everything to God in our strength is the starting place for being Jesus' disciples.

Every year around the beginning of September, we relaunch our small groups and take time to remind ourselves that we are a church made up of small groups.

Small groups are essential to growth and to show that we are part of God's family - receiving encouragement and exhorting each other to go deeper with Jesus.

In this episode, Ben teaches from Hebrews 10 where the author encourages the readers to prioritise meeting together and unpacks how small groups work and the biblical basis for them.
