Live At Five

It a show about nothing, and at the en of the hour it's something. Today's 'something' included the Karmelo Anthony guilty verdict, hte Knicks loss last night, and the high cost of tickets at the Garden. Gunnut was mentioned about his trumpet playing at Cowboys games in the 70s. So, Gunnut called in, so did Duff. Good show!

Glenn had some things to say about the detour on Route 12E near Three Mile Bay. What a joke! Plus, it was the usual people accusing other callers today of stupid stuff. Glenn played a segment of a Harvard liberal grad who saw the light after Oct 7th showed him how bad his party was. Steady calls throughout making this a good show!

Glenn had one of the craziest shows in a long time today. One looney after another including the critic who berates Glenn for being a husband without being anything in the first place. Donnie kept calling, Crazy Ray is racing dinosaur sticks and Justin believes Jesus wanted us to live with Muslims side by side. Glenn did get some love though!

Glenn started alone and did 85% of the show with owner Jim Leven, who stopped by to talk about the new FCC fees on radio owners. That turned into a conversation that included Hollywood, antisemitism and of course politics. Good show!

Glenn praised air conditioning in cars, and still can't believe we lived or drove without it! Attorney Joe Stanley called in about fraud issues and how to avoid them, plus what to do when you get a defective food product.  Glenn covered some of the primaries last night, and asked who would be a good candidate for the dems in '28.

Republican congressional candidate, Anthony Constantino called in today to tuut his successful debat late week and to let listeners know where he stands as a congressman iff elected in November. There was a slew of callers after that making today's Live at Five a very good show!

A slow-moving Glenn talked about his recent experience at the county dump today. It seems you just need to know what and where to go when you're there. Good calls, some talk about higher taxes and who is going to run for Mayor?

Solo Glenn talked a bit about Hockey and Buffalo Bills fans. The Bills have a huge following around the world! Good calls after that, including Donnie's claim that his mug is on a gay website. He's blaming the Democrats! Then the discussion went into Dr. Jill Biden's new book claiming that she thought her husband was having a stroke during the 2024 debate vs. Trump Good sho!

Glenn had Jerry Manor from Seacomm Federal Credit Union on today to warn people of getting scammed. The story of an older couple that took their own lives due to falling for a celebrity was the highlight. Glenn has an idea for a car horn that's more subtle, and some Farmer's Market toak today too, but No Attorney Joe Stanley today.

Solo Glenn talked about his weekend experience trying to mow the lawn with wet grass. Good calls throughout especially when Glenn brought up the way Gen X views the Boomer generation. Cheap homes, too much social security and no chance at giving up their wealth to their kids. Hogwash of course1 Good show!

Solo Glenn had a phone conversation with Democratic Congressional Candidate, Stuart Ameirell. Stuart enunciated his position on affordable healthcare and lowering the cost of living. Callers weren't happy when Stuart said hs is inspired by former president Barack Obama. Glenn won't be in the studio on Friday, have a great Memorial Day Weekend!

Glenn thought Attorney Joe Stanley would call int, but nothing. So, it was Glenn fielding calls from John, Jusin, Donnie and a good conversation with Bridget. She shared storeis about Anthony DeMarco and how her mom taught kids how to operate an Apple Computer in the 80s. Good show!

Glenn was solo and talked with Bridget DeMarse about her crash at the Evans Mills Speedway last year! Goo show!

Assemblyman and Congressional candidate Robert Smullen called in today to talk about why his opponent is not qualified, despite the fact that his opponent received a rousing endorsement from President Trump and other prominent republicans. Glenn fielded calls after that for a very entertaining show.

No Attorney Joe Stanley today. But the thunderstorm and the 'Justin-Reveal' made up for that. Glenn talked about the Hantavirus ordeal, and had an intelligent discussion with a guy who knew about it. Justin called in at the end to reveal he has been in contact with Jesus Christ and speaks in many tongues. All this during a thunderstorm. Good show!

Solo Glenn spent nearly 30 minutes interviewing Susan Granger. Susan was born into the Hollywood movie scene and would remain there for her whole life. Susan shared her stories about growing up with her producer dad, her producer step dad, her husband and kids who were all in the industry too. Susan gave us her opinions of what Hollywood was and what it became. Susan, now 87 continues as a syndicated critic of movies and Broadway plays. Great show!

Solo Glenn reflected on his new jacket today. It's light and he looks like Mr. Rogers now. Glenn saw 'Twins' yesterday for the first time, and then saw several other modern movies that were not as good. The 'Movie-Guy' chimed in and added great stuff to Glenn's rant about the movies he saw while grouting up. Good show!

Solo Glenn had an entertaining 'Light-Hearted Friday' show. Discussions about UFOs, the Firmament, and one crazy call after another. Jason Trainor too for his birthday.  Kelly called in too to tell Glenn he's asleep and doesn't want to know the truth. Good show!

Solo Glenn had one crazy caller after another. This included a guy who loves telling Glenn he's a husband. It also included Crazy Donnie who feels threatened by Paul Lawrence. This spurred calls and responses for a lively Thursday show!

Solo Glenn starred the show with his thoughts about the Stefon Diggs accuser, and today's boring Hotlin Show with Councilman Doug Osborne. Attorney Joe Stanley called in about which direction should E-Bikes travel, plus the Johnson & Joshnson Talcum case in the UK. Good show!

Solo Glenn had good calls from listeners who covered two incidents recently. One, was the fire on Mechanic Street, an old man who was hit by a car and died, and Rich Gladle chimined in again about his buddy who was attached on Factory Street. The them today, Watertown, like much of upstate NY is a mess.

Well, Yankees announcer John Sterling died today, so Glenn did a tribute to him from teh start. His name came up throughout the show too. Bridget Dmarse called in today to talk up future gigs, which got Donnie and others to call in too. Glenn was footloose and fancy free after that for a very lively show!

Solo Glenn read the headlines, including one about a local soldier who tried to kidnap his girlfriend. Glenn feels women are more dismissive and avoid answering simple questions about their ideology. Good calls and more about Spielberg's 'Disclosure' movie and what to expect in 2027. Good show!

Jerry Manor from Seacomm Federal Credit Union called in today to give people advvice on how to avoid getting scammed online. Then it was Glenn talking about movies in the old days, and at old local theaaters. Oh, Gary's camper was located, thanks to Newzjunky.com. Good show!

Glenn had a good call with Attorney Joe Stanley about Insurance apps that follow their suctomers. Joe said this should be outlawed. Glenn spolke mostly today abou the changin society, with local stories that included a wanted man found on high school grounds today in Lowville. Good shwo!

Solo Glenn gave his impression of the Kimmel/Trump saga, as well as the Nora O'Donnell interview. Good call from Duff, and Glenn talked about the upcoming Spielberg Movie, 'Disclosure' which is in line with next year's alien reveal.  

Glenn had Republican candidate for NY21 Anthony Constantino on today. This after his rousing endorsement from President Trump Good call and Antyony belvies he'll not only win the primary, but the general too. Glenn played the Kimmel joke aout Melania, and he played the Nora O'Donnell interview too. All of this, after Satruday's attempt on the president's life in DC.

A light-hearted Friday turned into a tribute to local businessman Leo Colemen who passed away yesterday at 76. Callers chimed in with their stories and thoughts. Glenn also talked about an incident in NYC where a young man body-slammed a young woman. Good calls about that too!

Glenn started off the show with a conversation with Attorney John Murphy from Safe Harbor Wills and Trust. No call from Joe Stanley though! Good chatter about the SLPC story in Alabama, and Glenn talked to a guy who lived in Connecticut and reminisced about the 1977 World Series.

Glenn was solo today with a different approach to his show today. Calm, cool and absent-minded. So much so, he missed Joe Stanley's call today! Ash called and wants signed posters from Jeff and Glenn!

Assemblyman Robert Smullen called in on a day that his opponent, Anthony Constantino get a rosing endorsement from President Trump Glenn brought that up and Mr. Smullen gave Glenn his response. Good calls after the call, following by Glenn's rant on the frustration voters have with the political establishment. Good show!

Solo Glenn talked about how the Buffalo Sabres came back last night to win game 1 vs Boston. Glenn feels that was the moment they needed to win the series in 4. Glenn covered local stories and argues that adults on E-Bikes will never adhere to the rules of the road. Good show!

Solo Glenn made it to Newzjunky's facebook page from yesterday's comments about the decline of Watertown. Glenn explained why and added more to his reasoning. This was the basic theme throughout the show as it relates to schools, single families and culture in general. Good show!
