After our week off rugby it's great to be back as we ramp up to an excellent fixture this Saturday with Sale FC coming to OBR, it's going to be a cracker!

This week the lads are joined by two of the Ramily's newest members! After losing their beloved London Irish - the pair found their way to OBR and have loved every moment!
A moment they might have been glad to miss was last week's tense first half performance at Bishop's Strotford - which laid the way for a solid second half display and big W on the road.
It wasn't just the First XV who came away smiling - the Titans did too sealing the first W of the day of the doubleheader fixture.

Gary also goes over the article in the Rugby Paper which outlines the RAMS support for minimum league requirements for Tier 2 - as the RFU look to market and bolster the amazing sport we love!
