Hey skiers, Aaron discussed Whiteface with Ray and provided some significant feedback about our great mountain. Most importantly Aaron conveyed the idea that he wants to have an ongoing dialogue with our dedicated Whiteface skiing community to evaluate their opinions and suggestions for further improvements. His openness to developing a dialogue with us was very positive and encouraging. Lincoln and Chris ski Whiteface a lot ...probably 150 days between the two of them. They host a great Facebook Group (Whiteface Conditions - A group for Whiteface skiers and riders) that daily listens and responds to skiers' experiences and wishes regarding Whiteface - the best skiing in the east. They sum it all up during this most interesting podcast with their opinions and suggestion.

In addition to providing his suggestions about making Whiteface better he suggested an on-going program to acknowledge the dedicated professional staff at Whiteface who make our great skiing experiences the best. He told us there are 140 individuals who work there every day to make it all work exceptionally well.  Let's go Niceface!
