Feeling burned out? As a Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant and mom of two, I found myself struggling to keep up with the demands of the job, home, and my own expectations of life. Burnout was affecting my work, relationships, and health. I knew I had to change, but how? I felt like I didn't have time to breathe let alone add anything else to my day. I get it. Here is how I integrated wellbeing into my busy day to create the life I want.

You need a break, but a "vacation" where you are trading the stress of work with the stress of traveling, is not the answer.  But I have a suggestion for a solution.

Inflammation is taking a heavy toll on our bodies in the background.  Sometimes we can't see or feel it because our organ systems are incredible, but it is there and is impacting us.  Mental fog, fatigue, and low energy might be from inflammation that your immune system is fighting on a daily basis from the things we are putting in and on our body.
