Dhaval Shah has spent his career in hospitality. He's committed to helping his community, particularly providing clean water to advance education of women and young girls. During the Covid-19 pandemic he also used his Minneapolis hotel as a way to provide housing for homeless and housing insecure members of the community. Josh Hicks spent more than 2 decades in the military and government contracting. His Air Force experience not only introduced him to his wife on the firing range but also had him stationed in Europe for a number of years. He and his wife are committed to giving back to the community, including as the Newest Dickey's barbecue Pit Owner in Rockwall, Texas.

Demetrius Gibson is a dedicated public servant - serving on the board of directors for the Township of Cook County and the board of trustees. He is committed to diversity, inclusion and cultural awareness. Demetrius is also the newest Dickey's Barbecue Pit owner in Schaumburg Township, Illinois.
