Tangential Inspiration

Finally out of the snow and ice and back to good old rain in the Pacific Northwest.  In this episode, you will hear about the trailblazing Lola Greene Baldwin who was one of the first female police officers in the United States.  She helped open the door for women into what was exclusively a male profession.  Colleen is going to tell you two stories about airports and airplanes.  Hint, there are babies and fluffy animals involved, so you will want to hear about them.  Enjoy some inspiration!

Yep, we are late with this episode.  Such a busy time of year.  But don't despair, there is a lot of inspiration to be found in this podcast.  Colleen talks about the amazing life of actor and activist Christopher Reeve and how a Superman still did super things after being paralyzed from the neck down.  Teresa talks about a young man who brought power to his African village and about a little known hero in World War II, who saved Jews despite being the little brother of the Number 2 ranked Nazi.  These are some incredible stories.  Have a listen.
